Quarter Note Productions
A full-spectrum field steps in from green down to blue while the QN monogram holds a slow pulse. Delivered as an animated SVG — a few kilobytes, infinitely scalable.
Logo animation
A logo that draws itself on is the cheapest piece of brand film you will ever own. I animate marks from their vector geometry — stroke by stroke, letter by letter — so the motion lands on the exact finished logo, sharp at any size.
Live examples
Every example below is a real client mark, animating in your browser or playing from the finished cut.
A full-spectrum field steps in from green down to blue while the QN monogram holds a slow pulse. Delivered as an animated SVG — a few kilobytes, infinitely scalable.
A gold-on-black monogram assembling as a broadcast-style intro, cut for event screens and social openers.
The same identity extended into a short animated invitation — proof that one mark, animated properly, carries a whole campaign.
Deliverables
Full-resolution cut for video intros, outros and event screens, plus a transparent-background version for editors.
A lightweight looping file — or an animated SVG where the mark suits it — that stays crisp on retina screens.
Square and vertical crops sized for feeds and stories, with safe margins respected.
The rebuilt vector artwork behind the animation, so the static mark stays production-ready too.
Process
01
I look at your logo files and confirm whether the vectors are clean enough to animate, or need rebuilding.
02
A short written treatment: what moves, in what order, and how long the whole thing runs.
03
Built from the paths themselves — draw-on strokes, staggered letters, masks — with one round of timing notes.
04
Every format you need, named and organised, with the vector source alongside.
FAQ
A logo animation is a short motion sequence — usually two to five seconds — where your existing mark draws on, assembles or reveals itself. It is used as a video intro or outro, a website hero, a social bumper and a loading state.
I start from the vector artwork, not a flattened image. Each shape becomes a path that can be stroked, masked or staggered, so the motion resolves into the exact finished mark with no blur, no jitter and no redrawn edges. If only a raster file exists, I rebuild it as clean vectors first.
An MP4 and a transparent-background version for video editing, a looping web version, and where it suits the mark, a self-contained animated SVG that scales crisply on any screen and weighs a few kilobytes.
The original vector logo file if you have one (AI, EPS, SVG or a layered PSD), plus where the animation will run — broadcast, website, social or event screens. If there is no vector source, I can trace or rebuild the mark as part of the project.
It is priced per project, based on the complexity of the mark and the number of delivery formats. A short call and a written scope come first, so the number is fixed before any work starts.
